RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Roots & Rations, we take pride in delivering high-quality consumable products.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or supplement items once they have been shipped.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
